India wins its 1st A1 Grand Prix!

Narain drove Team India A1 to their first EVER victory! It was an incident-packed feature race!

The 30-year-old Indian driver, who started from third on the grid, took the lead from New Zealand during the second pit stop window on lap 29. Despite a huge amount of pressure and some excellent racing from Reid, Karthikeyan held off the New Zealander’s Black Beauty racecar and crossed the line to score India’s first A1GP success.

After the race, a delighted Karthikeyan said: ‘The team has been working really hard at pit stop practices and they’ve done a really good job this weekend. Both the pit stops were excellent. Unfortunately I got stuck behind Pakistan on the out lap of my second stop, so I couldn’t push, but I came out just ahead of Jonny. There was a lot of pressure towards the end but then his tyres went off as well as mine and then we were equal - after that I just got the job done.
Looking for more such wins from Team India...:D

Or is it? What IS all this? Why are we here? Don't people have anything better to do? Who creates these lame forwards?

Do scraps and forwards decide out destiny? If yes, then what about astrology ? (LMAO)

Sarcasm has NO limits.

These forwards tend to make us feel disgusted! WHY do people forward such shit? Do they believe in it? Somebody has to tell all of them that there is NO kid dying from an unknown disease in some part of the U.S that no one has heard of. Microsoft wil NOT pay up 5 cents for each forward!

Only the original writer knows the real reason, but some possibilities are:

1. To see how far a letter will go.

2. To harass another person (include an e-mail address and ask everyone to send mail, e.g. Jessica Mydek).

3. To milk money out of people using a pyramid scheme.

4. To kill some other chain letter (e.g. Make Money Fast).

5. To damage a person's or organization's reputation.

If you want details on such sad forwards, log on to http://hoaxbusters.ciac.org/ and just surf the site, there are a lotta mails that even you may have forwarded! ut next time, take care, and stop that chain then and there!

This is the MOST FUNNY web page I've EVER seen! (Parental Advisory ;) It's true, and makes MORE sense than George W. Bush, or even better, this blog.

A really funny collection of hoaxes here. People who make this all up, would be better off writing Novels and Movie scripts in Bollywood. They would make a hell lotta money. Look at the success of "Black". The woman was blind. These hoax mails are worse. People would pay to see those kinda movies, if they consider forwarding such mails. There's no end to all this.
The only end is when I stop typing! :P

This is the latest stuff going on around the net:

HEY ITS DIANNA, FROM THE DIRECTOR OF ORKUT,EVERYBODY SORRY FOR THE INTERRUPTION BUT ORKUT IS CLOSING THE SYSTEM DOWN BECAUSE TOO MANY BOTTERS ARE TAKING UP ALL THE NAMES, WE ONLY HAVE 57 NAMES LEFT,IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, DONT SEND THIS MESSAGE, IF YOU WANTTOKEEP YOUR ACCOUNT ,SEND
THIS MESSAGE TO EVERYONE ON YOUR LIST.THIS IS NOT A JOKE,
YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU DONT SEND IT. THANKS DIRECTOR OFORKUT, TIM BUISKI. WHOEVER DOESNT SEND THIS MESSAGE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILLBEDEACTIVATED AND IT WILL COST YOU $ 10.00 A MONTH TO
USE IT..

All I can say is... All the people who STILL thinking that you'll have to pay $10 for an account are so illiterate! I mean if they surf orkut, then they should know at least THIS much!

First, it was Dianna from Yahoo, then Dianna from MSN, then Dianna from some other client, now Dianna has yet again changed her job. She's really insecure with her jobs. Wonder how she gets jobs ;)

So everyone! Get up! Grow up! Get a life, and for the love of god, STOP FORWARDING JUNK!

Symonds: Sreesanth Has White Line Fever

Shanthakumaran Sreesanth is the MOST aggressive player that the Indian Cricket Team has seen in ages. He leads the new string of aggressive Indian players like Gambhir, Uthappa, Yuvraj and others. "Tit for Tat, either with the ball or with the bat." (Just made that up lol)

Sreesanth - can he control himself?

Australia all-rounder Andrew Symonds has played down speculation that he does
not like India fast bowler Shanthakumaran Sreesanth.

Symonds and
Sreesanth clashed several times during the recent one-day series in India, and
Symonds believes the young fast bowler doesn't always know how to control
himself.
"He's just got white line fever," Symonds told the Daily Telegraph.
"He has got it that bad he couldn't rein himself in when he lost it a bit.

"It will be interesting to see how he is received over here. I don't
dislike him. Off the ground he was always polite. I saw him in the hotel and he
always said g'day. But, as I said, he's just got white line fever and sometimes
he just loses control."

This is the latest attack by the aussies on the Indian team, rather on pacer S Sreesanth. It shows that they don't know what to expect from us.

In this topic, we take a closer look at S Sreesanth. He's the live wire in the team. Doesn't like taking advice from anyone and he has a good thinking bowling brain. Sometimes (most of the times), he goes off the path. Highly passionate and emotional about his cricket, and really proud to be a part of it.

Sreesanth was born on February the 6th, 1983, in a place called Kothamangalam in Kerala, India.

Here's Wiki's description of Sree

He is a right-arm fast-medium-pace bowler and a right-handed tail-ender batsman. He is also noted for his exuberant and emotional behaviour, especially whilst
appealing and celebrating wickets. Such trademark behaviour has seen him
frequently fined for violating player conduct guidelines of the ICC. He is known to bowl at speeds mostly around 140kmph.

Sometimes, he tries too hard, and fails to perform, and then is given a rest. Also, his comeback match would always be in dire situations, where he cannot produce his best performance. The result? Dropped again. =\. This doesn't make ANY sense to me. Imagine how the selection method would be taking place. Bah.

Sreesanth studies psychology at university when not playing cricket, and speaks English, Tamil, and Hindi in addition to Malayalam native to Kerala. In his early years, he was a break dancer, becoming a national champion when he was in the eighth grade!

Here are some instances of his Enthusiasm :

1. Sreesanth-Nel
2. Sreesanth-Symonds
3. Sreesanth-Pieterson (The Beamer Incident)
4. Sreesanth Wicket Dance
5. Sreesanth absurdity
6. Sreesanth-Hayden

The list is endless ;)

This can go on for a long time. We NEED a charachter like him in the team. Hope to see many others following him :D

Counter-Strike

Now listen here. I ain't no pro. But just thought of blogging on something that millions of people, including me, are passionate about!
Counter-Strike!

How do you define Counter-Strike? The answer is "Addiction". Once you get in, you can't get out. You'd need to go to rehab centers to get the game outta your system.

Counter-Strike is a First Person Shooter game that needs a LOT of strategy and pre-planning.
The version 1.6 has become the most famous ever, but there are many users who prefer the older 1.5 version. Both are good in their own right!

Now there are a lot of ways you can play this game.

  • You can play with computer generated players. They're called BOTS here. A really insulting term when it comes to Counter-Strike. They are the most noobiest players around. If you're OK playing with them, then you can continue and go to the next level.

  • Now the other way, is obviously playing with "real" players. This can be done through LAN (You don't need an internet connection for this), or you can play on the internet too.

You can play in random servers through your internet connection, or you can play Counter-Strike Steam.

Well, what is Steam?

I used to ask this question to myself when I was a beginner...

Steam is VALVE's new automated content delivery system. It is a program you download that allows you to connect to VALVE's network and receive games (such as Counter-Strike), updates, and patches seamlessly.Steam includes a number of features for making the way you play your games much easier:

» Automatic Updates
» Server Browser
» Friends System for Tracking and Communicating with Other Players
» Purchase and Download New Games

To avail the advantages, you'll have to pay for a Steam Account here.

For Counter-Strike Stuff, log on to:

  1. http://www.fpsbanana.com
  2. http://www.counter-strike.net/
  3. http://www.counter-strike.com/

There are many, many sites that you can turn to for help! These are just some of the best.

You can even get skins, maps, etc here.

Will be continued in the next post! Watch this blog for more on this awesome game !

Pearls Before Swine

PEARLS BEFORE SWINE is a sarcastically humorous comic strip! Here's a low down on the characters of the Funniest streep evah! (In case you didn't know...)

ABOUT THE CHARACTERS...

RAT:

Arrogant, self-centered, fatalistic, philosophical and quick-tempered, Rat is obsessed with fae, immortality and making a quick buck. Spends his time with Pig because it makes him erior and, more importantly, no one else will hang out with him.

PIG:

Humble (in fact, painfully aware of his limitations), practical, kind and a little slow in the head, Pig has few aspirations in life, other than to spend his days watching TV and doing almost nothing productive. Apparently sees something redeeming in Rat, as he is willing to endure Rat's endless barbs and numerous schemes. Kicked out of the Society of Cultured Pigs because he was caught eating a BLT!

ZEBRA:

Just trying to stay alive. In a world filled with lions, tigers and crocodiles, this is not an easy task.

GOAT:

The smart one. Would rather spend his time with his snout in a book than talking to any of the other odd characters in this strip.

THE FRATERNITY OF THE CROCODILES:

Proud members of Zeeba Zeeba Eata, a fraternity dedicated to the destruction of Zebra and other prey, the crocodiles are Zebra’s next-door neighbors. Stupid, slow and barely articulate, these particular crocodiles are a disgrace to their species.

DUCK:

Pig's loyal, but violent and unstable duck. He sits in a bunker on Pig's front lawn, defending the property against mailmen, girl scouts and offensive neighbors.

Now...

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Stephan Pastis was born in 1968 and raised in San Marino, California, a suburb of Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989 with a degree in political science. Although he had always wanted to be a syndicated cartoonist, Pastis realized that the odds of syndication were slim, so he entered UCLA Law School in 1990 and became an attorney instead. He practiced law in the San Francisco Bay area from 1993 to 2002.

While an attorney, he began submitting various comic strip concepts to all of the syndicates, and, like virtually all beginning cartoonists, got his fair share of rejection slips. Then, in 1997, he began drawing Pearls Before Swine, which he submitted to the syndicates in mid-1999. In December, 1999, he signed a contract with United.
Pearls Before Swine debuted in newspapers in January, 2002, and Pastis left his law practice in August of that year.

Pearls Before Swine was nominated in 2003, 2004 and 2007 as "Best Newspaper Comic Strip" by the National Cartoonists Society and won the award in 2004 and 2007. Pastis lives with his family in Northern California.

Global Warming - Causes, Effects and "Solutions"

You always tend to think, "Why is it so damn hot these days?". It's the Oct-Nov. period and you still feel that the summer ain't gonna leave you. By the way, it ain't the summer season, it should be winter! We all know the problem - It's Global Warming!

Yea right.

This is pretty big. The worst natural calamity (not entirely natural) that has already hit us hard, and yet, politicians are doing NOTHING about it. They keep debates, meetings (nowadays hearings) to show the people that they DO care. But, actually, NOTHING is being done to reduce gas emissions.

What is Global Warming?

Global Warming refers to the average temperature increase in the Earth's near surface air/oceans. It simply means more floods, more tornadoes, and ironically, more droughts.

Global Warming has different effects in different areas of the globe. It can cause hurricanes, floods, droughts, famines eventually. It's the disaster that's just waiting to happen.

Al Gore's Documentary/Movie "An Inconvenient Truth" inspired this article. It was an eye-opener to say the least.

A basic explanation of Global Warming here - Just a small video, do check it out to know more.

Is it happening?

Yes. Earth is already showing many signs of worldwide climate change.Average temperatures have risen by about 0.8 degrees celcius around the world since 1880, much of this in recent decades. (with inputs from NASA)

The rate of warming is increasing. The 20th century's last two decades were the hottest in 400 years and possibly the warmest for several millennia, according to a number of climate studies.
Arctic ice is rapidly disappearing, and the region may have its first completely ice-free summer by 2040 or earlier. Polar bears and indigenous cultures are already suffering from the sea-ice loss.

Glaciers and mountain snows are rapidly melting—for example, Montana's Glacier National Park now has only 27 glaciers, versus 150 in 1910. In the Northern Hemisphere, thaws also come a week earlier in spring and freezes begin a week later.

This is Mount Killimanjaro in Africa, in 1970. Look the amount of ice, it is virtually covered with ice.

This image is a post card, that was made looking at the giant mountain in 1970.

Now, take a look at the recent picture, of the same mountain, taken in the 21st century.
Where's all the f-----n ice gone ?

There are many more such examples that give an account of global warming on the rise.

And this is a self-explanatory image. Drastic Effects! Most of it is river water now.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some place in Argentina :P, in 1928.

Here's the same place in 2004.

Now THAT, is the best example of the effects of Global Warming!

Is Global Warming caused by Humans ?

"Very likely", the IPCC said in a February 2007 report.

This report is based on the work done by around 2500 scientists in about 130 countries around the world. It concludes that the humans are responsible for most of the planetary global warming.

  • Industrialization, deforestation, and pollution have greatly increased atmospheric concentrations of water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide, all greenhouse gases that help trap heat near Earth's surface.
  • Some experts point out that natural cycles in Earth's orbit can alter the planet's exposure to sunlight, which may explain the current trend. Earth has indeed experienced warming and cooling cycles roughly every hundred thousand years due to these orbital shifts, but such changes have occurred over the span of several centuries. Today's changes have taken place over the past hundred years or less.
  • Other recent research has suggested that the effects of variations in the sun's output are "negligible" as a factor in warming, but other, more complicated solar mechanisms could possibly play a role.

What's gonna happen - The Effects of Global Warming.

A follow-up report by the IPCC released in April 2007 warned that global warming could lead to large-scale food and water shortages and have catastrophic effects on wildlife.

  • Sea level could rise between 7 and 23 inches (18 to 59 centimeters) by century's end, the IPCC's February 2007 report projects. Rises of just 4 inches (10 centimeters) could flood many South Seas islands and swamp large parts of Southeast Asia.
  • Glaciers around the world could melt, causing sea levels to rise while creating water shortages in regions dependent on runoff for fresh water.
  • The ocean's circulation system, known as the ocean conveyor belt, could be permanently altered, causing a mini-ice age in Western Europe and other rapid changes.
  • Strong hurricanes, droughts, heat waves, wildfires, and other natural disasters may become commonplace in many parts of the world. The growth of deserts may also cause food shortages in many places.
  • At some point in the future, warming could become uncontrollable by creating a so-called positive feedback effect. Rising temperatures could release additional greenhouse gases by unlocking methane in permafrost and undersea deposits, freeing carbon trapped in sea ice, and causing increased evaporation of water.

What can I do ?

1. Put a brick in a plastic bag into your toilet cistern, then the toilet will use less water each time you flush. Don't worry that's plenty of water to get rid of...

2. Use paper on both sides.Try and buy products that don't use much packaging.

3. Give unwanted gifts and clothes to a charity shop.

4. Only fill the kettle up with the amount of water you need to boil that time.

5. Don't leave the TV or video on standby.

6. If you get lift to school in a car, take your mates along for the ride.

7. Ask whoever does your washing to use the machine at 40 degrees, this helps conserve power.

8. Switch lights off when you're not in the room.

9. Get a clockwork mobile phone recharger.

10. Cycle to places!

11. Persuade you mum or dad (or whoever does the gardening) to have a compost heap.

12. Have showers instead of baths.

13. There are ways you can help cut greenhouse gases and help stop global warming.

14. They are simple things, but can make a difference if everyone does them!

15. Re-cycle glass bottles, jars, newspapers and magazines and tin cans. Save them and take
them to local re-cycling centres.

Ground Realities - Part 2

The Basketball "Court"

The Basketball team would be more than infuriated to have NOWHERE to go when they would want to practice their game.

This pic was taken when I went to play cricket in the ground of our college. Its basically all shit. Construction taking place, but thats no excuse!

This picture is just one of the many that I've got.

As you can see, there are two baskets, at a distance of about 26 m from each other. Perfect.

But then...Where is the court? LOL. Here are some more...

This has been the condition of this court, for about 2 months, maybe more. Hope it gets fixed SOON.

This one is probably written by a frustrated person who has done a Ph.D in englees.
The funny theeng about the poster was that there was NOT one, but 3 of the same posters, elaborating the indianness in it. :) Ees what makes us Indians, we are unique, and I love eet :D

As planetdragonball.com Quotes,

Image20th Century Fox has acquired the feature film rights to the hugely successful Japanese anime property "DragonBall" for studio division Fox 2000 to develop into a live-action franchise. Created by Japanese writer Akira Toriyama as a best-selling graphic novel, the property has been translated into a top-rated cartoon series, video games and straight-to-video releases, but the Fox deal marks the first time any company or studio has secured the live-action rights to the property.Image

Andy McKee

Andy McKee. If you haven't heard of him yet, then screw you, hippie! IF you're a guitarist or learning the instrument, and YET not heard of him, then seriously, get a life.

Andy McKee (born in Topeka, Kansas, in 1979) is an American acoustic guitarist who innovates the f**k out of his acoustic guitar. He plays so well! He makes it sound like more 5 people are playing together!

Here's an example of what I'm talking about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ddn4MGaS3N4 - The song "Drifting".

(WISH I COULD PLAY LIKE HIM!)

Lewis Hamilton - The Prodigy.

He may have made his debut in F1 in the best car possible, but he HAD to perform. That's what he did this year, Performed. Lewis Hamilton has come a long way after he was chosen as a "Second" driver to 2-time world champion Fernando Alonso. But he wasn't intimidated, he took the attack to the Ferrari's as well as his teammate.

Previous in-and-out drivers like Pedro De La Rosa didn't perform when he was given multiple chances in the year 2006, while Hamilton did quite the opposite, getting consecutive podiums in god knows how many races!

Hamilton showed that he's a class act, and that he deserves a McLaren Seat. Now, he no longer looks like the Second driver, he's on par with Alonso, maybe better! People will say that the team is favouring Hamilton to win the championship, even Hamilton said it himself, but the fact of the matter is that Alonso's attitude let him down in the team. The team members including Ron Dennis expected a good attitude from Alonso, but instead he backfired. He accused the team of not favouring him, even as the team tried their best to make the Double world champion comfortable in the McLaren camp.

Alonso crashed out of the last race (HAHAHA) unfortunately, because of Sebastian Vettel. Boo Hoo.

I was rooting really hard for Kimi to win the title this year. When I saw Hamilton drive, he looked damn aggressive and great at the wheel.

Anyways, I'm waiting for the unimaginable to happen next year. Narain getting into Ferrari and Karun Chandok getting into Renault, with Armaan Ebrahim in the BMW. Thinking large.

If not in the next year, at least in the next 5 years. ;)

Adijo

Ground Realities.

Ground Realities:

Well, here I am, waiting for an opportunity to curse something. :D

Yesterday was Sunday. It's supposed to be a holiday, but we had extra lectures. Anyways, the whole group went to the ground to play some cricket (I hadn't played cricket in years). So I was really excited to get going.

Now comes the best part. The ground was in NO condition to carry out ANY activity. The outer parts of the ground is under construction, from a looooooooong time!

Deciding to play on an empty piece of track on the outskirts of the ground, we made teams and started off. I was on the bowling side. So I went into the outfield, which was one of the parts of the ground.

First ball, the ball is in the air, I ran towards it, but unknown to me, the ground was so f***in mushy, I almost fell down, and not to mention I dropped the catch ;)

Then we realized the "nature" of the outfield. It looked awesome, with all the grass! But beneath the grass, it was so mushy, and it was like walking in keechad. Then I realized one thing, my brand new Adidas shoes (white colour) (:@:@:@) changed their colour to brown! Whatte miracle!

We somehow fielded through the innings, and lost the first match :|. It was a new form of cricket. An idea waaaaaaaay ahead of the T20 format. We were playing the S6 format. Get it? :P

Although we won the 2nd match, I was damn bored at the end of it all, and disgusted at the ground conditions. Here are some pictures to elaborate...:

After the match, I looked around the ground properly. The basketball "court" isn't actually a basketball court (It never was). Its just a piece of land with mud, with 2 baskets facing each other. Unplayable, the ball will shoot around for cryin out loud!@!

Then, theres the long jump pit. Generally, it's filled up with sand, and covered during the monsoons. Generally.

Here's what it looked like :

So there we go. Cursed all I wanted :D

I just hope it gets ready for the annual sports activities coming up in December/January. I think it will be up and running!

Post ur comments, if any!

Regards,

Adijo.

Bravo, BCCI. Bravo, GOI.

This article is with respect to the distribution of money done by the BCCI and state governments, to our CHAMPIONS!

After India won the T20 WC, I was elated. Everyone was! Before the match, one of the commentators on ESPN/STAR said that the BCCI had announced an amount of $ 1 million for the Indian team. Fair enough, they're trying to convey to the team that whatever happens in the final, we're backing you.

Then after the match was won, one of the presenters said the amount was hiked to $ 2 million. After reaching India, it was told that they were given a total of $ 3 million....ees good. 3 million, they deserved...a l'il more. maybe.

Now after all this happened, there was the stupid felicitation (God save us from these govt. ppl), where the players were given NO respect at all, and the political leaders came to the party, as if they had won India the T20 cup.

The saddest part, was when the State Governments started declaring prize money for the "Individual" players, who belong to the respective state. All the time, during the T20 cup, one song was synonymous - Chak De India. The movie tells us that no one should mention their States, Only India. Then WHY do the state governments want to waste all the taxpayers' money AS WELL AS the loaned money from World Bank, to give to the Indian players?

Heres the list:

- Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh has announced a cash incentive of Rs 10 lakh each for Ajit Agarkar and Rohit Sharma.

- Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has announced that her Government would give cash award of Rs 5 lakh each to Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag.

- R. P. Singh will receive Rs 10 lakh in cash and a citation from the UP government as mark of recognition for his brilliant performance.

- Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has announced an award of Rs 5 lakh each for Venkatesh Prasad, the bowling coach of the team, and Robin Uthappa.

- The President of Andhra Pradesh’s Telangana Rashtriya Samiti has announced a rewards of Rs 1,16,000 each to Dhoni, Irfan Pathan and Gautam Gambhir.

- Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has announced a cash reward of Rs 21 lakh for Joginder Sharma.

- Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh offered a week’s free stay to all the members of the team in any of the HP Tourism Development Corporation hotels in the state.

- Tamil Nadu Government announced Rs 5 lakh cash reward for Dinesh Karthik.

- Team India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni will receive the first ever ‘Jharkhand Ratna’ Award which carries a cash award of Rs 5 lakh and a memento.

- Tax exemption for all players.

-------------------------------------------------------

I think the most intelligent person in all this is Narendra Modi.
The news channels going on BLABBERING: "Modi IGNORES the Pathan brothers". They just need fresh shit to eat upon.

BTW, this list doesn't include the "Gifts" given to certain players...You know...Cars and stuff :|

Bottomline: Nobody cares how much money the players got, but the problem is with the governance of this country. States just throwing away money, which can be used for many other things.

BCCI could have used the money to bring the Women Cricket Team of India to a better standard. Increase viewership, etc.

This is all I've got to say now!

As I was trulli saying...

Trulli: McLaren Pair should have been axed.

As I told u guys in my last post, the McLaren Pair should have been axed...

Here's the whole report - Truly said by Trulli!

--------------------------

Toyota's Jarno Trulli believes McLaren duo Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso should have been excluded from the world championship.
The Italian veteran told Reuters that the McLaren duo were lucky to avoid sanction in the spying scandal.

"It's very difficult to judge the spy story. You never know the truth if you're not inside the team," the 33-year-old Toyota driver said in an interview before this weekend's Japanese Grand Prix.

"But if you disqualify a team you should probably disqualify the drivers as well because they're all involved and work for the same team.

"It's difficult for me to judge so I don't want to say any more. It's just a shame F1 has suffered. The sport has been hit hard by this spy story all around the world."

Trulli's team-mate Ralf Schumacher was more forgiving.

"I think it's only fair that they are not punished," the German told Reuters. "The drivers are not really involved in the development of the car.

"I don't know about the other drivers but for myself, and the people I've talked to, they should not be punished."

"It's honestly very difficult. It was clear they had some information at some point," Schumacher added. "But I don't think it was ever clear McLaren or the drivers benefited from what they got."

Schumacher explained that stripping the McLaren drivers of their points would have tainted the world championship.

"It would be unfair," he said. "It's always arguable but I think for the championship it's important that everything stays as it is.

"I had it four years ago at Williams. I finished third but there was some mistake in measuring the brake ducts and my third place got cancelled.

"The brake duct was slightly too big but by three millimetres or so. I mean, what's the driver's mistake in that?"

And by the way, Ralf Schumachers' views are lame :|, he's too casual.

Formula 1 "Scene"

It's a real pity; whatever thats happening in/to Formula 1. The season was going on smoothly. It seemed that there was so much competition between the Ferrari's, the McLaren's and even the BMW Saubers. But after the whole McLaren Spy row, it just isn't the same in F1. Any team can acquire any other teams' classified information!

McLaren has always been an unreliable car, but off late they've gotten better in their performance and reliability. I think I know the reason why. You do too!
It has a LOT to do with this Spy row. Ferrari is THE MOST consistent F1 car there is.

Now, the engineers of the two outfits were in contact with each other, with McLaren's Mike Coughlan asking Ferrari's Nigel Stepney about the "red" car's configuration. Coughlan was the Chief Designer and Stepney was the former Team Manager for their respective teams.

Coughlan asked Stepney about all sorts of stuff about the technical aspects of the Ferrari.

They were sacked. Then McLaren were stripped off their points for the whole year. They can't score any points in the coming weeks either! McLaren punished.

BUT the thing that I DON'T like is that none of the drivers were punished. It's a fact that the 2-time world champion Fernando Alonso, test driver Pedro De La Rosa and Coughlan were in contact with Nigel Stepney throught e-mail and SMS.

It's a pity the drivers weren't fined AT ALL. I would have loved to have seen Kimi at the top of the drivers' standings !!!

For the sake of writing....

Fellow humans, aliens and my frands,
